Agony

Daniel: So what's the problem, Sammy-o? Is it just Mum, or is it something else? Maybe... school - are you being bullied? Or is it something worse? Can you give me any clues at all?
Sam: You really want to know?
Daniel: I really want to know.
Sam: Even though you won't be able to do anything to help?
Daniel: Even if that's the case, yeah.
Sam: Okay. Well, the truth is... actually... I'm in love.
Daniel: Sorry?
Sam: I know I should be thinking about Mum all the time, and I am. But the truth is, I'm in love and I was before she died, and there's nothing I can do about it.
Daniel: [laughs] Aren't you a bit young to be in love?
Sam: No.
Daniel: Oh, well, okay... right. Well, I mean, I'm a little relieved.
Sam: Why?
Daniel: Well, because I thought it would be something worse.
Sam: [incredulous] Worse than the total agony of being in love?
Daniel: Oh. No, you're right. Yeah, total agony.

Extinct

I read it finally, definitely not as good as it seemed. Not bad . But not really good either. Few quotes that grabbed my attention were, the one that i posted earlier, some more but the one i remember the most is : "If we could only see the string of consequences that result from our smallest actions. But we can't know better until knowing better is useless" PURE TRUTH.

I want to read this book so badly..

“I wanted so badly to lie down next to her on the couch, to wrap my arms around her and sleep. Not fuck, like in those movies. Not even have sex. Just sleep together, in the most innocent sense of the phrase. But i lacked the courage and she had a boyfriend and i was gawky and she was gorgeous and i was hopelessly boring and she was endlessly fascinating. So i walked back to my room and collapsed on the bottom bunk, thinking that if people were rain, I was drizzle and she was hurricane”

Smile and the world will smile along with you

You got to look up and thank God. Because you never know how soon it will be too late. You never know what life will bring. Whatever it is you got to be prepared. You have to be happy for whatever you have. You have to be thankful for whatever you get. You have to smile to every moment in your life. If it's what you expected smile, if it isn’t: smile! You go and chase your dreams. Because he who does not surrender is he who believes in himself. And he who believes in himself is he who will win at the end.

La Vie en Rose

I had so much energy 10minutes ago. I don't know where it has gone. I am bored at home so I decided to google something that intrigues me.. Tears. I google it and it redirected me to Crying so here's what wikipedia said about crying:
"To cry is to shed tears as a response to an emotional state in humans. The act of crying has been defined as "a complex secretomotorphenomenon characterized by the shedding of tears from the lacrimal apparatus. Neuronal connection between the tear duct and the areas of the human brain involved with emotion was established. No other animals are thought to produce tears in response to emotional states"

Nothing new really. Just maybe the fact that Human are the only ones to produce tears when we response to emotions. Well, what can I say? We human beings are complex. I decided to search a little more and I found out something that I think is very very interesting. Firstly, apart from coming for emotions tears are usually to lubricate or clean the eyes. The funny thing is that tears for lubrication of our eyes and the ones for our emotions are two different types. Actually, they have a different composition or chemical make-up. Fascinating, huh? Emotional tears have hormonal compounds.. hormones are very nosy. They just gotta be present every day of our lives.

So, as Johny Cash said: "You're gonna cry, cry cry". Cause it's a natural thing in life, it's a part of who we are and tears don't always have to be for you being sad. You may be crying while holding a big smile. Just remember that crying it's good for your health and I assure you that you will feel relieved and you're gonna let go some of your worries and tensions ( at least for a while).
Don't feel ashamed of crying, is a beautiful and fascinating thing.

Will you stay awake?

And we dance, we breathe and we walk but nothing is for real. nothing is forever. Just you and me.

Would it?

Wouldn’t it be nice is everything were perfect? Wouldn’t it be nice if you knew whom to love? Wouldn’t it be nice if everything were so easy? Wouldn’t it be nice if you were joyful everyday? Maybe it would be nice. But isn’t it nicer when life’s a complete mystery? When you can love and then be loved back and again and again. When everything not being perfect makes everything perfect? When every little mistake you make makes your soul not shrink but grow. When every tear and every smile defines what you are and what you will be. And wouldn’t it be nice if we all knew this?

Lovebug

Apart from him.. this is some of the men in this world i will consider to marry at the time if i knew them..

The thing they have in common: Music. Oh , if Music were a man I would marry him this instant.

This Is The World That We Live In

Last day of school today. I feel a total freedom within myself. I can only wait to see what tomorrow may bring. Next Semester: France. I still haven't digest it. I don't know if it's either because I can't imagine myself through the streets of Paris, Cannes, and Nice or because I don't want to see myself so far away and without my family and friends. But as Christopher McCandless said: "So many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity, and conservatism, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality nothing is more dangerous to the adventurous spirit within a man than a secure future. The very basic core of a man's living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun."

I am certainly not unhappy with my actual situation but I always find changes fun and something good always comes out of them.
